"רגליים קרות" הוא סרט קולנוע ישראלי, בבימויו של דורון ערן שיצא לאקרנים ב-2009, עם רון שחר והילה וידור בתפקידים הראשיים. הסרט מבוסס על ספרו של הסופר אורי אדלמן "חתונה" ומוקדש לזכרו. הסרט הופק ב-2004 אך הושלם רק לאחר שאיש שיווק בשם רון אלכסנדרי רכש את הזכויות על הסרט. הסרט זכה לביקורות שליליות בעיקרו. בין השאר תיאר אותו מבקר הקולנוע מאיר שניצר כ"סוג של סרט המתחנן לתחרות כלל-ארצית, שבה יתמודדו רבים וטובים על ניסוח עלבונות ודברי גנאי כלפיו", ואורי קליין כ"סרט חובבני ומרושל".
