What happens
Egoli: Afrikaners is plesierig is 'n oorwegend Afrikaanse vollengte rolprent met Engelse onderskrifte wat op 16 Junie 2010 in teaters in Suid-Afrika begin draai het. Die rolprent is vervaardig nadat die laaste Egoli TV-sepie op 31 Maart 2010 uitgesaai is. Die rolprent het 'n ouderdomsperk van 13GT (geweld, taal). Die skrywer en vervaardiger is Franz Marx, die regisseur is Bromley Cawood en die hoofrolle word deur David Rees en Darren Kelfkens vertolk. Marx was gekant teen die vertoon van Engelse subtitels omdat hy glo dat dit meer steurend op die grootskerm as op televisie is. Nu Metro het egter aangedring dat subtitels vir Engelse kykers aangebring word omdat die rolprent meer Afrikaans as die TV-reeks bevat. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
