It was released in Japan on March 5, 2011. Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops: ~Winged Angels~ serves as a remake of the 1986 Doraemon film, Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops, and the first Doraemon film ever to be released in 3D.
