Qualunquemente is a 2011 Italian satirical comedy film starring comedian Antonio Albanese as his famous character Cetto La Qualunque, a sleazy Southern Italy politician. The title means "whichever-ly" (adding ungrammatical adverbial endings is a shtick of the main character).
