สะบายดี วันวิวาห์ ออกฉายเมื่อวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2554 กำกับโดย ศักดิ์ชาย ดีนาน เป็นบทสรุปของหนังไตรภาคชุดสะบายดี ซึ่งภาคแรกคือ สะบายดี หลวงพะบาง ฉายในปี 2551 ส่วนภาคสอง คือ สะบายดี 2 ไม่มีคำตอบจากปากเซ ฉายในปี 2553 และในปี 2554 สะบายดี วันวิวาห์ นำแสดงโดย ปกรณ์ ฉัตรบริรักษ์ และคำลี่ พิลาวง เชน (ปกรณ์ ฉัตรบริรักษ์) ทำงานเป็นนักเขียนสกู๊ปให้กับนิตยสารชั้นนำฉบับหนึ่ง เชนเคยเดินทางมาทำข่าวที่ประเทศลาวเมื่อ 6 เดือนก่อน ในครั้งนั้นเขาได้รู้จักกับ คำ (คำลี่ พิลาวง) หญิงสาวชาวลาวที่เขารู้สึกผูกพันและชอบพอกับเธอ เขาให้สัญญาว่าจะกลับมาเยือนที่นี่อีกครั้ง เชนทำตามคำมั่นโดยไม่คาดคิดมาก่อนว่าการกลับมาเยือนครั้งนี้จะทำให้เกิดเรื่องราวโกลาหลจนถึงขั้นต้องแต่งงานกับเธอ โดยทั้งที่เขาและเธอก็ยังไม่มั่นใจและไม่แน่ใจในงานแต่งงานครั้งนี้นัก ด้วยความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมและวิถีชีวิตหลาย ๆ ด้าน ทั้งความทันสมัยของคนเมืองซึ่งดูขัดแย้งกับความงดงามและเรียบง่ายแบบดั้งเดิมของวิถีชีวิตชาวลาว เวลา 3-4 วันก่อนงานแต่งงาน ชายหนุ่มจากเมืองใหญ่ และหญิงสาวในเมืองเล็กที่มีวัฒนธรรมแตกต่างกัน ทั้งคู่ต้องเรียนรู้และปรับตัวร่วมกันเพื่อที่จะเริ่มต้นชีวิตครอบครัวใหม่ให้ได้ ขณะเดียวกัน ฝน (ธนิยา อำมฤตโชติ) เพื่อนสาวสมัยเรียนของเชน เริ่มเข้ามาพัวพันกับความรักของพวกเขา (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
