How it feels
A couple of detectives are split apart when a mad criminal murders one of them. The killer turns himself in but escapes using a trick. The widow Catlyn Conner is traumatized as the psychopath keeps tormenting her. He kidnaps the young daughter of a senator who dreams of becoming president. With Catlyn's help, it comes out that the psychopath was not working alone.
