"Kohtumõistja" (inglise keeles "The Arbiter") on Eesti lavastaja Kadri Kõusaare draamafilm, mis esilinastus 2013. aastal. Tegemist on Kõusaare teise täispika filmiga. Filmi peaosatäitja on Suurbritannia näitleja Lee Ingleby ja film kandis tööpealkirja "Euroopa psühho". Kõusaare sõnul on "Kohtumõistja" esimene Eesti autori ingliskeelne film.
