"Verised majad" on 2013. aasta Eesti dokumentaalfilm. Filmi režissöör on Toomas Lepp. Filmi tootis Videomeedia. Film räägib omandireformi tagajärgedest. 2017. aasta 25. juunil nõudis Eesti Üürnike Liidu esimees Peeter Tedre Eesti Rahvusringhäälingult filmi "Verised majad" näitamist. Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu juhi Erik Roose sõnul leidsid teleprogrammi koostajad pärast filmiga tutvumist, et film pole kooskõlas rahvusringhäälingu kvaliteedinõuetega.
