Kortdokumentaren er en deltakende dokumentar som handler om filmskaperens eget liv som selvmedisinerende heroinist i Oslo. Ved hjelp av et håndholdt kamera tar han med seerne på en intimreise inn i hans egen hverdag uten å kreve medfølelse tilbake. Filmen vant Amandaprisen for beste kortfilm i 2013.
