Überläufer
The catalogue in 3D
The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.
How it feels
This is a romantic comedy that was started during the Nazi era but finished and released after World War Two. It focuses on love and humor and avoids any mention of politics or war.

What happens
In German film history, an Überläufer (lit. defector) is a film that was in production under the Third Reich but completed and premiered only after the end of the Second World War. The vast majority of Überläufer films are romantic comedies with no reference to the political and military situation of the time. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
