Film został zaprezentowany po raz pierwszy 8 listopada na 25. Festiwalu Filmów Polskich w Ameryce (Chicago), gdzie zdobył nagrodę „Odkrywcze Oko”, a następnie wyróżniony za najlepszy debiut na 20.
