Der letzte Tanz ist ein österreichischer Spielfilm. Zwischen dem Zivildiener Karl Streiner und der Alzheimer-Patientin Julia Ecker entsteht eine emotionale Beziehung, in der es zu einem Geschlechtsverkehr kommt.
