স্বরূপ সন্ধান বাংলাদেশের প্রায় ছয় দশকের চলচ্চিত্রের ইতিহাস এবং সময়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে চলচ্চিত্রের ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতির পরিবর্তন নিয়ে নির্মিত নিরীক্ষাধর্মী চলচ্চিত্র। এর পরিচালক মুহাম্মদ সাজ্জাদ হোসেন ও আরাফাতুল কবির রিজভী। ১৯৫৬ থেকে ২০১১ সাল পর্যন্ত দেশের চলচ্চিত্রের দীর্ঘ পথপরিক্রমার বিষয়ে নির্মাতারা নিজস্ব গবেষণার সঙ্গে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে চলচ্চিত্র অঙ্গনের কয়েক দশকের প্রতিনিধিত্বমূলক নির্মাতাদের বক্তব্য। চলচ্চিত্রের ইতিহাস ও ভাষা-সংস্কৃতির নানা দিক নিয়ে ১৯ জন চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাতার সাক্ষাৎকার স্থান পেয়েছে পর্যবেক্ষণমূলক এই চলচ্চিত্রে। ‘বাংলাদেশের চলচ্চিত্রের স্বরূপ সন্ধান’ বা সংক্ষেপে ‘স্বরূপ সন্ধান’ নামের নিরীক্ষাধর্মী এই চলচ্চিত্রের দৈর্ঘ্য ২৪৭ মিনিট। চলচ্চিত্রটি সম্পাদনা করেছেন আবু সুফিয়ান। এতে সিনেমাটোগ্রাফার হিসেবে কাজ করেছেন কামরুজ্জামান ফিরোজ ও মুহাম্মদ সাজ্জাদ হোসেন। (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
