How it feels
This documentary follows a migrant family from an indigenous Andean community as they return to Peru to sponsor a patron saint fiesta they first organized twenty years ago. It also shows them taking part in the same celebration in Maryland, where they now live. The film looks at how their culture continues across distance and generations, while also showing the changes brought by global economics and family differences.
