Elokuva on urheilu- ja henkilödokumentti rovaniemeläisestä nuorten cheerleaderjoukkueesta. Joukkueen teini-ikäiset tytöt tekevät kaikkensa täyttääkseen omat ja muiden odotukset, mutta joukkue menestyy kisoissa kuitenkin huonosti.
