[1]Zwischen den Stühlen est un film documentaire allemand sorti en 2016, réalisé par Jakob Schmidt. Celui-ci suit trois futurs enseignants de Berlin pendant leur stage de fin d'études. En Allemagne, il est en effet obligatoire d'accomplir 18 mois de formation pratique, le Referendar (article en allemand), à la suite des études théoriques pour devenir professeur. Le film a été présenté en première lors du festival DOK Leipzig, en 2016, lors duquel il a remporté le Prix DEFA, le Prix du Goethe-Institut et le Prix ver.di. Le film a reçu le prix du meilleur documentaire sur le thème du travail au Healthy Workplaces Film Award et a été mis en nomination pour le meilleur documentaire par la German Film Critics Association Awards en 2018.
