Sota ja mielenrauha on Ari Matikaisen ohjaama ja käsikirjoittama suomalainen dokumenttielokuva vuodelta 2016. Elokuva tutkii Suomen sotien vaikutusta koko kansakunnan mentaliteettiin. Elokuva koostuu rintaman ja kodin välillä lähetetyistä kirjeistä sekä päiväkirjamerkinnöistä. Sotilaiden henkilökohtaiset kokemukset yhdistyvät elokuvassa koko Suomen historiaan.
