ילדי הסתיו (באנגלית: Children of the Fall) הוא סרט אימה ישראלי שכתב וביים איתן גפני. זהו סרטו העלילתי השני באורך מלא של גפני כבמאי, לאחר צאת סרט הבכורה שלו "בשר תותחים" בשנת 2012. הסרט הוקרן בישראל לראשונה במסגרת פסטיבל הקולנוע ירושלים ב-15 ביולי 2016. בשנת 2017 הוקרן במסגרת פסטיבל אוטופיה. הסרט היה מועמד לפרס אופיר בטקס פרסי אופיר לשנת 2018.
