Mustafa Z (arabisch مصطفى زاد, DMG Muṣṭafā Zād) ist ein Spielfilm des tunesischen Regisseurs Nidhal Chatta aus dem Jahr 2017 nach einem Drehbuch von Sophia Haoues. Das Drama zeichnet 24 Stunden des Lebens eines gewöhnlichen Tunesiers, Mustafa Z, im Griff der Absurdität des Systems nach. Am Vorabend der ersten freien Präsidentschaftswahl in Tunesien 2014 beschließt Mustafa, den seine Frau für seinen mangelnden Ehrgeiz verantwortlich macht und dessen Sohn ihn verachtet, gegen ein willkürliches System zu revoltieren, das ihn erstickt und einengt. Weltpremiere feierte der Film mit Nominierung als Bester Film beim Carthage Film Festival 2017 in Tunesien.
