Fru Biksby og skinnkåpen er en norsk novellefilm regissert av amerikanskfødte Robert Williams. Wenche Foss og Robert Williams dramatiserte Roald Dahls novelle Mrs. Bixby and the Colonel's Coat fra 1959. Filmen ble vist på NRK Fjernsynet 3. november 1974.
