Leal, solo hay una forma de vivir es una película paraguaya de acción dirigida por Pietro Scappini y Rodrigo Salomón, con guion de Andrés Gelós. Está protagonizada por Silvio Rodas, Luis Aguirre, Félix Medina, Andrea Quattrocchi, Bruno Sosa, Ana María Imizcoz, Martín Oviedo, entre otros. Es la primera producción de la compañía HEi Films de Paraguay, en coproducción con Arco Libre de Fernando Sokolowicz, de Argentina. El rodaje, de cinco semanas, se inició el 6 de noviembre de 2017, y finalizó el 9 de diciembre del mismo año. El estreno se realizó el 2 de agosto de 2018; tras un avant premiere celebrado el 31 de julio, en Cinemark.
