Per Fugelli – siste resepter en norsk dokumentarfilm fra 2018 regissert av Erik Poppe. Filmen skildrer det siste halvannet året av Per Fugellis liv, frem til hans død i september 2017. Filmen hadde premiere under Tromsø internasjonale filmfestival (TIFF) i januar 2018 og mottok prisen «Faith in Film», utdelt av Norske kirkeakademier.
