The 3D catalogue: film cases on wooden shelves, with the cat sitting at the counter next to its greeting.

The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot is a 2019 American satirical buddy stoner comedy film written, edited, and directed by Kevin Smith. It is the sequel to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) and the eighth film in the View Askewniverse. The film stars Jason Mewes and Smith, respectively, as the two eponymous characters. The plot follows Jay and Silent Bob as they journey to Hollywood to stop a reboot of the Bluntman and Chronic movie after inadvertently signing away their names and rights. Jay and Silent Bob Reboot received a two-night limited theatrical release in the United States on October 15, 2019, by Saban Films. A third film, titled Jay and Silent Bob: Store Wars, is in development. This is James Van Der Beek's final feature during his lifetime. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
