Fågelfångarens son är en svensk-dansk-färöisk dramafilm som hade svensk premiär den 5 april 2019. Filmen regisserades av Richard Hobert, som även skrivit manus med utgångspunkt i en färöisk vandringsmyt. Filmen har producerats av Anders Birkeland och Göran Lindström för GF Studios AB. Hobert skapade även en romanversion av berättelsen. Romanen, som skrevs senare än filmmanuset, heter också Fågelfångarens son och utkom 2018. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
