Mendadak Kaya adalah sebuah film komedi Indonesia tahun 2019. Para pemeran dari film tersebut diambil dari para pemeran film tahun 2018 D.O.A.: Cari Jodoh yakni Dwi Sasono, Jihane Almira Chedid, Pandji Pragiwaksono, dan Fedi Nuril masing-masing sebagai Doyok, Otoy dan Ali Oncom. Kedua film komedi tersebut digarap berurutan oleh rumah produksi MD Pictures sejak akhir Februari hingga Maret 2018 selama hampir 40 hari menjalani proses pengambilan gambar (syuting).
