Altsasu: ferides obertes és una pel·lícula documental de 2019 codirigida i coescrita per Albert Segura i Anna Sanmartí. L'obra va ser produïda per Televisió de Catalunya i Broadcaster Audiovisual Services (BAS), la qual va rebre 71.972,64 euros de la Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) per fer-lo. Posteriorment, Euskal Telebista va adquirir els drets per emetre'l, unes setmanes després de l'estrena, a un cost de 1.000 euros. L'estrena es va realitzar a les 21:20 hores del 22 de gener de 2019 a través del programa de televisió Sense ficció de TV3 i, significativament, es va projectar en directe al Centre Cultural Iorta d'Altsasu. Aquell dia, el programa va aconseguir ser el segon més vist del dia de l'emissora, amb 644.000 espectadors i una quota d'audiència del 22,8%, esdevenint líder de la franja horària i, fins al moment, el segon millor resultat aquella temporada.
