Lost Boys on vuonna 2020 ensi-iltansa saanut suomalainen dokumenttielokuva, jonka ovat ohjanneet Joonas Neuvonen ja Sadri Cetinkaya. Se on itsenäinen jatko-osa Neuvosen aikaisemmalle elokuvalle Reindeerspotting – pako Joulumaasta (2010). Elokuvassa Neuvonen selvittää kadonneiden ystäviensä kohtaloa Kaakkois-Aasiassa. Elokuva sai vajaassa kuukaudessa (19. lokakuuta mennessä) elokuvalevityksessä yli 53 000 katsojaa, joka on suomalaisten dokumenttielokuvien viidenneksi eniten kautta aikain.
