The catalogue in 3D
The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens
Campus Special Investigator Hikaruon (学園特捜ヒカルオン, Gakuen Tokusō Hikaruon) is a Japanese original video animation produced by AIC. The OVA is a one-shot tribute to the Metal Hero series of live-action superhero shows that were prevalent in the 80s and 90s, specifically to the Space Sheriff trilogy of Gavan, Sharivan and Shaider. The one-shot deals with dark subject matters such as bullying and teen suicide. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
