A Hero (Persian: قهرمان, romanized: Qahremaan) is a 2021 drama film written, co-produced and directed by Asghar Farhadi, starring Amir Jadidi, Mohsen Tanabandeh and Sahar Goldoost. The film was selected to the Palm d'Or competition at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, winning the Grand Prix. It was selected as the Iranian entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 94th Academy Awards, and was one of the 15 shortlisted films for the category, but was not nominated.
