How it feels
A man works as a scriptwriter and his wife helps him in her free time. She refuses to quit her job to help him full time. His assistant tries to seduce him and steal his money for her boyfriend. The wife thinks her husband is having an affair and plans to leave by train but does not board it. The train crashes and everyone thinks she died, leading to a series of comedic events as the family tries to fix things.

What happens
أنا وزوجتي والسكرتيرة: فيلم مصري، من إنتاج سنة 1970. في إطار كوميدي، (أحمد فتحي) كاتب سيناريو تساعده زوجته (هالة) المُدرِّسة في أوقات فراغها. يرغب منها في ترك عملها والتفرغ لمساعدته في عمله في كتابة السيناريو ولكنها ترفض. تستغل مساعدته الموقف لتحاول جره إلى علاقة معها وابتزاز أمواله لعشيقها. تظن زوجته أن بينه وبين مساعدته علاقة بالفعل وتحجز للسفر على قطار لا تركبه فعلًا ويحدث للقطار حادث ويظن الجميع أنها ماتت، وتتوالى أحداث الفيلم عما سيحدث للزوج الذي يظن أن زوجته قد فقدت وأحبائه الحقيقيين الذين يحاولون إرجاع المياه لمجاريها.
