O filme conta a historia do accidente do Cessna 206 en Colombia en 2023 e o rescate dos catro nenos indíxenas witoto. Os nenos, con idades de entre 11 meses e 13 anos, sobreviviron durante 40 días na selva tropical colombiana antes de ser rescatados polo exército colombiano e voluntarios de grupos indíxenas locais.
