What happens
Kronos Kairos on Herra Ylpön ohjaama suomalainen tieteiselokuva, joka tuli ensi-iltaan marraskuussa 2025. Herra Ylppö on paremmin tunnettu muusikkona (muun muassa yhtyeistä Herra Ylppö & Ihmiset ja Maj Karma) sekä musiikkivideoiden ohjaajana. Kronos Kairos -elokuvan kanssa hän teki loikan fiktioon: hän toimii ohjaajana, kuvaajana, leikkaajana, ja myös puvustus sekä tuotanto on ollut osittain hänen vastuullaan. Kuvauspaikkoina toimivat muun muassa Andalusian vuoristomaisemat Espanjassa ja joitakin sisäkohtauksia on kuvattu Suomessa, muun muassa Karkkilassa. Elokuvan teema kumpuaa eron jälkeisestä tilasta, tinnitus‐kokemuksesta ja miehisen identiteetin pirstaloitumisesta. Herra Ylppö on kommentoinut, että elokuvaa on työstetty useita vuosia ja siinä näkyy henkilökohtainen prosessi. Elokuvan ovat käsikirjoittaneet Herra Ylppö ja Mika Lätti.
