Něco za něco je česká černá komedie režiséra Matěje Pichlera. Film je adaptací divadelní hry německého dramatika Stefana Vögela, v Česku uváděnou pod názvy Vedlejší účinky nebo Ledvina. Děj divadelní hry do scénáře adaptovali Filip Oberfalcer a Jan Vejnar. Hlavní role ztvárnili Anna Polívková, Martin Pechlát, Barbora Seidlová a Jaromír Nosek.
