Released in both Marathi and Hindi, the film features an ensemble cast, including Chandrakant as Shivaji, Parshwanath Yeshwant Altekar, Prithviraj Kapoor, Gajanan Jagirdar, Leela, Ranjana, Lalita Pawar, and a rare acting appearance by legendary playback singer Lata Mangeshkar.
