What happens
Helmer & Sigurdson er en fellesbetegnelse for flere norskproduserte kriminalserier med etterforskerne Helmer (Alf Nordvang) og Sigurdson (Anders Hatlo). Disse produksjonene besto i alt av fem miniserier og tre TV-filmer og ble sendt på NRK fra 1975 til 1981. Utgangspunktet for handlingen var alltid et mord. De to etterforskerne fikk ofte hjelp av de to eldre amatørdetektivene H.P. Brockmann (Ingolf Rogde) og Agathe Skram (Ella Hval), som bidro med avgjørende informasjon til at sakene kunne oppklares. Seriene ble skapt av Jon Bing, Tor Åge Bringsværd og Reidar Thomassen. Helmer & Sigurdson regnes som den første store norskproduserte krimserien som ble sendt på norsk TV. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
