Työn ja kisan kädenlyönti on Arno Carlstedtin suunnittelema suomalainen dokumenttielokuva vuodelta 1954. Elokuva on urheiludokumentti, joka käsittelee Työväen Urheiluliiton neljänsien liittojuhlien valmisteluja, avajaisia, kisatapahtumia sekä päätöstilaisuutta.
