Musik aus Studio B war eine 45-minütige Show für deutsche Schlager des NDR im Ersten Fernsehprogramm. Die Sendereihe ist vorrangig mit den Namen Chris Howland, Moderation, und Sigmar Börner, Redaktion und Regie, verbunden und lief von 1961 bis 1976, gewöhnlich wochentags um 21:00 Uhr. Ab 1980 gab es eine gleichnamige Hörfunksendung auf NDR 2, initiiert vom innovativen Unterhaltungschef Henri Regnier. In 69 Folgen bis August 1983 präsentierte das Team Howland/Börner Erinnerungen, Musikaufnahmen aus den Fernsehsendungen, die nie auf Platte erschienen waren, internationale Stars, Neuaufnahmen und fast immer einen Studiogast.
