A Zenés TV Színház a Magyar Televízió 1972 és 1998 között sugárzott zenei műsorsorozata volt, amely Horváth Ádám ötlete alapján Fellegi Tamás, a Szórakoztató- és Zenei Főosztály egyik megalapítója és vezetője valamint Bánki László, a főosztály dramaturgja nevéhez fűződött. A sorozatban operák, operettek, balettek, zenés vígjátékok, báboperák, monodrámák egyaránt helyet kaptak.
