Un grand amour de Balzac (Wielka miłość Balzaka) est une mini-série franco-polonaise en sept épisodes d'environ 52 minutes réalisée par Jacqueline Audry et Wojciech Solarz, diffusée à partir du 25 mars 1973 sur Telewizja Polska, et à partir du 19 avril 1973 sur la deuxième chaîne de l'ORTF. Au Québec, elle a été diffusée à partir du 10 janvier 1975 à la Télévision de Radio-Canada.
