ניקוי ראש הייתה תוכנית הטלוויזיה הסאטירית השנייה בטלוויזיה הישראלית (אחרי התוכנית "לא הכל עובר", שלא שרדה). היא שודרה בין השנים 1974–1976 בערוץ הראשון, שהיה אז הערוץ הישראלי היחיד, ולכן הייתה לה השפעה רבה על הפוליטיקה ועל השיח הציבורי בישראל באותה עת. העונה הראשונה, אשר הכילה 20 פרקים, שודרה בין 9 במאי 1974 ל-25 בפברואר 1975, והעונה השנייה, אשר הכילה 12 פרקים, שודרה בין 23 באוקטובר 1975 ל-25 במרץ 1976. התוכנית עסקה באופן סאטירי באירועי האקטואליה של אותה תקופה, ובהם: השבר לאחר מלחמת יום כיפור והעיסוק בדו"ח ועדת אגרנט, ממשלת רבין הראשונה, המתנחלים, שחיתות (בעיקר בקרב השלטון), פערים חברתיים וכלכליים, היחס לערביי ישראל ועוד.
