Spuk im Hochhaus ist eine Kinderserie des Fernsehens der DDR aus dem Jahr 1982, hergestellt im DEFA-Studio für Spielfilme. Sie ist ähnlich angelegt wie die ebenfalls von Günter Meyer gedrehte Serie Spuk unterm Riesenrad.
