מקבילית המוחות הוא שעשועון ידע טלוויזיוני נושא פרסים בהפקת הערוץ הראשון של הטלוויזיה הישראלית ששודר בין השנים 1989–1996. בארבע העונות הראשונות הנחה את התוכנית יצחק שמעוני, שאף נתן לה את שמה העברי. בשתי העונות האחרונות הנחה אותה מיכאל דק. התוכנית מבוססת על פורמט בריטי בשם "Mastermind" אשר משודר בערוץ BBC משנת 1972 ועד היום, זכה להצלחה רבה ונמכר לערוצי טלוויזיה רבים ברחבי העולם לאורך השנים. נגינת הפתיחה של התוכנית לקוחה מיצירתו של דמיטרי שוסטקוביץ', הקונצ'רטו לפסנתר בפה מז'ור.
