《일과 사랑》은 1993년 10월 23일부터 1994년 4월 3일까지 방영된 SBS 주말극장으로, 일과 사랑의 갈등을 해소해 나가는 문상희와 자기 중심적 사고방식의 소유자인 문은영을 위주로 일과 사랑, 현대여성의 진정한 삶의 의미를 담고자 한 멜로 드라마다. 한편, 캐스팅 문제 때문에 어려움을 겪어왔는데 최명길 강석우 유인촌 이덕화 등이 물망에 올랐으나 모두 실패하자 한혜숙 이영하 노주현(중도하차) 등으로 최종 확정됐으며 불미스러운 일로 인해 한동안 드라마 활동이 뜸해진 임옥경(희수 역)이 해당 작품을 통해 드라마 활동을 재개했지만 그 이후 또다시 활동이 전무해졌다.
