《신 손자병법》은 1993년 10월 21일부터 1994년 2월 17일까지 KBS에서 방영된 시추에이션 코미디 드라마이며 《TV 손자병법》을 신세대 감각에 맞게 새롭게 각색했는데 타이틀곡도 악기를 사용하지 않은 음성만으로 제작했다. 한편, 1994년 2월 KBS 2TV의 공영성 강화를 위한 부분개편에 따라 막을 내렸는데 김정균 (오자인 역)이 신세대 회사원으로서의 변신을 꾀했지만 같은 채널 드라마 《내일은 사랑》 등과의 겹치기 출연으로 논란을 빚었다. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
