What happens
Blodsbånd er en norsk dramaserie i miniserieformat som gikk på NRK1 i 1998. Serien er skrevet og regissert av Leidulv Risan. Blodsbånd ble innspilt våren 1997 i Oslo og Kristiansand. Serien handler om legeekteparet Rune og Tone Tallaksen. De har to døtre sammen, og lever et vanlig familieliv. Rune har imidlertid en sønn med sin ekskone Sigrun Grov. En dag dukker sønnen Simen opp hos farens nye familie, og gjennom noen dramatiske vinteruker utsettes slektsbånd og samhold for store belastninger. Serien ble kåret til beste dramaserie under Gullruten 1998. I tillegg fikk hovedrolleinnehaver Sverre Anker Ousdal prisen for beste skuespiller under samme utdeling, samt Amandaprisen for årets mannlige skuespiller. Serien ble sendt i reprise i 2000.
