Es la última producción de la productora América Producciones. Está protagonizada por los venezolanos Coraima Torres y Guillermo Pérez, y cuenta con las participaciones antagónicas de la primera actriz Lupita Ferrer, Renato Rossini, José Luis Ruiz y Fernando Vásquez.
