What happens
Elixir on Nelonen-kanavalla esitettävä urheiluohjelma. Ohjelma ohjaa terveellisten elämäntapojen pariin. Ohjelman juontaja on Kristiina Komulainen. Aiemmin ohjelmaa esitettiin MTV3-kanavalla ja siinä esiintyi useasti huippu-urheilijoita ja valmentajia, jotka opettavat julkisuuden henkilöitä, kuten näyttelijöitä ja laulajia, urheilemaan ja liikkumaan oikein. Esimerkiksi näyttelijä Risto Kaskilahti opetteli hiihtämään. Alun perin ohjelmaa juonsi Janne Virtanen, myöhemmin mukaan tulivat muun muassa Karoliina Blackburn ja Karita Tykkä.
