The 3D catalogue: film cases on wooden shelves, with the cat sitting at the counter next to its greeting.

The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this series is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Lenßen & Partner was a German scripted reality crime procedural and legal drama that was produced by Constantin Entertainment GmbH and aired on Sat. 1. It ran from 2003 to 2009 in the station's early evening program. The series was filmed in and around Munich. From 5 March 2012, the series ran as Lenßen and was completely recast except for the titular character Ingo Lenßen and was filmed in Essen. The first episode was a crossover with Richter Alexander Hold, a German courtroom show. The series was – based on bad ratings – cancelled on 27 April 2012 and the last episode aired on 25 May 2012.
