The catalogue in 3D
The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this series is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.
How it feels
A reality show competition that pretends to search for the best singer but secretly picks the worst performer. Contestants are tricked into believing they have talent while the judges laugh behind their backs.

What happens
The WB's Superstar USA is a television show that spoofed the popular show American Idol and aired on The WB from May 17 to June 14, 2004. Essentially its polar opposite, Superstar USA judges told contestants they were looking for the best singer when in fact they were secretly looking for the worst. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
