The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. How it feels
Israeli musicians are given nine hours to compose and record a new song from pre-written lyrics. Each episode ends with a music video for the finished song. The show features many well-known Israeli artists collaborating under a tight deadline.

What happens
9 שעות ושיר הייתה תוכנית טלוויזיה מוזיקלית ששודרה בערוץ 24 בשנת 2004. התוכנית שודרה ארבעה חודשים אחרי שערוץ 24 החל בשידוריו, כחלק מהמחויבות של הערוץ לתמוך במוזיקה ישראלית. בתוכנית השתתפו אמנים שנדרשו להלחין ולהקליט שיר חדש, לפי מילים כתובות מראש, בתוך תשע שעות. בסיום כל פרק הוקרן קליפ לשיר החדש. התוכנית מפגשיר, שעלתה בערוץ 24 בשנת 2005, הייתה המשך לסדרה זו. התוכנית קוריינה על ידי במאי התוכנית, יואב רודה וזהר וגנר, והשתתפו בה יוצרים כאלון אולארצ'יק, מוקי, פילוני ושב"ק מיוזיק, חמי רודנר, ירמי קפלן, נימרוד לב ולהקת RBS, צביקה פיק, חיים צינוביץ', יוסי בנאי, אפרים שמיר ואחרים. השיר האחרון לפני מותו שהקליט יוסי בנאי עם מיכה שטרית היה השיר "תרנגול כפרות". שירים נוספים שהתפרסמו בעקבות התוכנית: "כל כך טוב להיות לבד" של ירמי קפלן, "אש בנשמה" של פילוני ושב"ק מיוזיק, "שוב לא יהיה לי רגע" של חמי רודנר ו"בואי נתחבק" של אלון אולארצ'יק.
